About Catherine Brown

This is Catherine's 20th year as a full time broker and REALTOR on the Outer Banks. She's lived here since 1988 and has witnessed the Outer Banks development that has taken place over time. Catherine is originally from the Hampton Roads area and has been familiar with the Outer Banks all of her life, as this was a favorite spot for her childhood vacations. In 1988 she made the permanent move here with her family. Catherine remembers when Duck was just a small village and Corolla was a little known destination spot. In 2006, after helping her mother manage the Duck Inn Bed and Breakfast in Duck, NC, which provided valuable experience in customer relations and business, Catherine joined her in real estate as well after witnessing her career soar. Catherine is passionate about her job, working diligently to see that all of her clients are satisfied, whether buying or selling.
